ARTWORK OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original artwork, illustrations, paintings, are owned by the Artist or used with appropriate authorization, unless otherwise indicated.
Copyright and other intellectual property rights are reserved.
Purchasing an original painting, print, or merchandise item does not automatically transfer copyright, reproduction rights, commercial exploitation rights, or ownership of the underlying artwork's intellectual property.
Unless the Artist expressly grants written permission, customers may not:
-
Reproduce, scan, photograph for commercial exploitation, or copy artwork for commercial purposes.
-
Manufacture or sell merchandise incorporating the Artist's artwork.
-
Distribute, publish, or commercially license the Artist's designs.
-
Remove copyright notices or falsely claim authorship.
-
Use the Artist's artwork in advertising, digital products, NFTs, or other commercial projects without authorization.
Ownership of a physical original painting is distinct from ownership of the copyright in that painting. Any transfer of copyright must be expressly agreed upon in writing and comply with applicable law.
Customers may display purchased artwork for personal enjoyment, subject to applicable law and any specific written agreement.
Unauthorized use of the Artist's intellectual property may result in legal action where permitted by law.
